Our small but mighty team is working on processing your order now, and we will ship it out within 1-5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information at the time of shipment.

📦 Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Eric & Christopher will accept returns for merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned in an unused condition, and accompanied by the packing slip. Please kindly note that return postage will not be provided and original shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is successfully received by Eric & Christopher.

To return items:

  • Email us at info@ericandchristopher.com to let us know you are returning the item and the reason. Please include your order number in the subject line of the email.
  • We will email you a return authorization number.
  • Please write the return authorization on the outside of the package.

To return an item for a refund of the merchandise only, please package it neatly, and return the item within 14 days. Please return to the address below and include your packing slip.Eric & Christopher
