Frank is a professional tattoo artist from Perkasie, PA with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Through his artwork, Frank pays homage to his love for tattoo history and traditional old-style tattoos from the early 1900’s. He also “fancies Neo traditional” style which is a mix of old and new. His art is filled with rich colors that we could not resist playing with on our natural-colored fabric palette!
